第一次跑離島,很久以前就想來金門,有機會跑馬順便觀光,也是不錯,對金門其實不是很了解,在一開始就跑到慈湖及慈堤,覺得眼睛為之一亮,之後跑了10公里跑到古寧頭,一個衛兵站在上面,感覺真是不錯...沿途風景倒不像是戰地風情,反而像是跑在森林裡般,美景不斷...路上沒有坑洞也沒有電信箱及電力箱的蓋子,覺得很神奇...最後7公里跑到伯玉路,兩旁種值小葉欖仁,風景更是好,讓本來就喜歡小葉欖仁這樹木的我,對這景色更是讚嘆不已...只可惜自己的訓練不足,每次跑到後面,就覺得很累,跑不下去,有那種舉步為艱的感覺,但還是每次都跑完了,希望自己能再加強訓練,讓成績能好看一些... 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
