昨天跑步當中看到有男跑友拿紙杯飛掉我跑去幫他撿回來...後來我們變成好朋友....後來我在會場,我在等我的獎杯...但我看到有人腳抽筋...我二話不收去幫他推腳...結果後來聊天..才知道他也是台南人..在茄定上班....問我電話..我就給..但是我怎麼找包包都找不到手機...結果是我忘記放在一個地方被一位女生檢到..也因為這樣我也和那位腳抽筋的男跑友變成好朋友...想說的是...心存善念真的..會有意外的收獲雖然那不是原本的目地...但也讓這樣的幫助別人的行為附上更多層的含意^^..
