原本擔心奔跑途中會睡著
但賽事中 總是振奮入心 看來我是多慮了😆
除了歷經小插曲
但內心選擇 當補好補滿再出發
後半程還是可以繼續跑起來的💪
雖然平常跑量不高 只要根基尚在
維持規律下 其實還是大有可為
感恩上天 賜給我一個好天氣🤗氣溫雖偏低
但只要沒有下雨 感覺就是舒適
很開心 最後距離達成60K以上
