最近一直調整跑姿,為了改善足底筋膜炎狀況,幾場下來穩定的配速,跑馬心態調整,整體狀況比去年好,去年上半和前年下半年,為了把跑馬時間往前推,搞的亂七八糟,不是腳痛就是爆掉,近幾場跑下來成績都很穩定,身體狀況也不錯,繼續維持。
