| 今天高手如雲一路都全開,所以在後段35K時就體力不支下滑,37K後也陸續腳趾頭抽筋、盡能在剩餘幾K維持5分半回終點,只怪自己還練不夠,幸好最終有破個人pb7分多鐘~
