有鑑於最近狀況時好時壞,因為跑速有加強,所以隨便跑都比以前快,但過年至今除了跑馬以外,好像都沒空練習,全馬後段應該會撞牆撞得一塌糊塗吧!?所以一出發就壓低速度,以 6:30 目標開出去,雖說一路都是 6:20 ~ 6:25,但大致上還算有控制到速度,天氣超幫忙,前半馬甚至有點冷,是個破 PB 的好日子,可惜 28k 之後,體力儲備不足,慢慢下降,越來越難定速,且太陽慢慢露臉,甚至 37~38k 的時候,太陽直晒沒地方躲,整個人迅速變累,簡直就跑不下去,每個水站都混很久才起跑,幸好後來涼風吹來,才又邁開步伐繼續跑
賽前宣言: 邊跑邊玩
賽後評分: 補給多樣豐富且充足,賽後動線合理,辦事有效率,志工與警察都很熱情,紅地毯超有感覺,伴手禮超值,兩屆都參與,去年就很滿意了,今年還略有進步,真的想不到任何扣分的理由... 沒有跑過的人,明年一定要來試試看!
