今天拿休假想練跑一下,這個月台北沒有好天氣過,本來昨天覺得終於沒下雨了,想說今天終於可以舒服不在雨中跑步了,結果今早起來居然地是濕的。
還是按照預定計畫以台北馬配速跑半馬,但速度太快,跑到10KM後覺得累了,只好吃了一包32GI繼續撐下去,而且後來下雨了,鞋子又濕了,最後還是順利以配速跑完,但蠻累的,台北馬330要以這種配速跑完全馬,感覺做不到,但還是要拚。
