今天狀況不錯,跑起來沒有抽筋,只是中間突然超想上廁所去蹲了5分鐘,不然全程都順順的,末段37K以後有點到了撞牆期,兩隻大腿麻麻的,但身體還不是太喘,就撐著滑回終點
天起非常宜人,壓縮褲+風衣完全不會冷,蠻好運的沒被裝備搞到不舒服,只是跑鞋底真的不行了,有些崎嶇不平的路,腳踩起來會刺痛,這場結束後該退休報廢了 and 在買雙新的^__________^
