好硬的礁溪馬,只比雙溪硬化馬好ㄧ點;上坡耗體力、下坡很磨心!顯少抽筋的我,下坡幾度要抽筋,好顯膠補得快!

老天爺很給面子,跑到最高點綿綿細雨停了!蘭陽平原ㄧ望無際,好美!淚推的優質賽事!跑完可以順便泡湯喔!(這才是我的目的)
