今天進行個人LDS,為了替即將來到的富邦半馬作準備,扣除掉跑錯路以及在永安漁港便利商店的補給,可能是因為肌力不足,回程速度開始下降,最後3K膝蓋已經不是自己的,但還是勉力撐完21K,最後太陽下山,衣服又濕了,整個冷冰冰...看來我大概是花轟了~整篇文章都是語無倫次,還要再加強訓練才是!!
