在前天的石岡馬完賽告訴自己是不幸中的大幸,珍惜自己克服疼痛還有瑣事(包括車輛違停),今晚邊跑邊想做著恢復跑的課表(定速跑),由於狀況不是很好就以勉強維持5分的速度吃甜甜圈,今晚的油應該不是頂新的啦....因為旁邊的小朋友看我跑步都起來陪我跑步耶.....棒棒^^
