第一次嘗試搭凌晨的火車前往跑馬,結論是這樣會有點累人,但如果以跑業績來看的話,這樣對生活影響最小,昨天在火車上看著窗外的天空就知道今天硬斗了,果不然因為今年有將近萬人,所以整ㄍ會場還蠻亂的,自己也都沒有完全暖身就起跑,沿途風光明媚,但太陽也隨著時間越來越熾熱,自己本身對於山路越野就有點懼怕,所以跑完左腳感覺有些刺痛感,希望不會影響下禮拜的古都馬。
