自從陽明山超馬之後,完全沒有進行地形練習過;腳上又有不舒服的地方,只好決定用"一般"速度來完成,卻沒想竟然破了個人PW了=.=。其實我本來打算是四小時內的...
一切都很順利,該痛的都沒痛,直到了35K的地方......
左右腳股四頭肌簡直是大~抽~阿!竟然連下坡也抽!於是乎我只能在下坡路段邊走邊眼巴巴看著別人"咻~"的過去...>.<。
不過近補給站後,刻意去補了點鹽份,似乎有慢慢復活的情形,於是還好最後還是可以跑起來,不然這PW不只是破了,還會破得非常大阿!!
