| 第二次的50KM場地賽~
起跑前一直期許自己能以上次的成績為目標,
補給方面以飲料為主準備了蠻牛*5、舒跑975*1、Fin975*1,
開始跑後也許是氣溫和場上的氣氛都很不錯,
導致對於自己狀況的掌握過度的樂觀,
不當的配速和不良的補給,對於身體造成了不小的負擔,
45圈時感覺右腳底外側出現不適感,50圈換鞋後,
右大腿就出現抽筋的情況,
在每一次回補給區,看著為自己加油和補給的好朋友,
只能告訴自己一定要努力下去,
看看場上一起跑的伙伴們哪一個不是克服著辛苦在努力著,
我也一定要完成。
回來後看著小賴哥、明珠姊和吳大哥在場上的努力,再看到大家完賽的日誌,我需要學習的真的還太多了,一步一步來,朝著自己相要的慢慢的前進吧~
