賽前最後一次LSD,針對弱點加強之上坡訓練。
這幾次跑LSD下來,今天是身心狀況最棒的一次,真的覺得心態很重要,告訴自己用愉快心情去跑,不要害怕,要相信自己可以,跑就對了。(哈,超常跟自己對話的…因為覺得自己內心好弱= =+,所以我得要常常哄它,要它乖乖XDD
20.7-22.7K的超陡坡全程是跑著上去,雖然速度挺慢的>///<可是我真的覺得超級開心!!!因為戰勝自己對於上坡的恐懼!!!(呼~
