再次證明跑前沒研究路線有多慘... 今天跑了好幾個山頭,都覺得不過癮,說好的308土雞城怎麼不見了,都已經三十公里了... 沒想到真正的挑戰這時候才開始,即使離開 308 後面的路也是上上下下的,不得休息,一直到剩下七公里多才真的一路下坡,然後最後一、兩公里都是上坡是怎樣? 後面幾乎都是走的時間超過跑的時間。
