賽後評分: 今年的第三屆八百壯士超馬系列,報名了5場,這是第二場,110公里是這一屆距離最遠的。
2:50AM蔡建中跟 鄭雨昇 來載我到會場,不用1小時就到高雄甲仙,停好車走到會場報到、寄物剛好趕上4:10起跑。清晨氣溫還不錯(22C),趁氣溫還沒上來前先多跑些,台20線到了南179右轉(這次路線很清楚,但還真有人沒右轉),沿著南化水庫旁到了23.2k CP1 已經有些熱了,補水吃西瓜,拿了芋頭餅跟芋頭冰棒就帶著邊走邊吃,這時已經落後建中跟雨昇一段了,太陽升起後開始飆汗,到了179跟179-1叉路口,這裡可以切西瓜,不用經過大埔、茶山就可直接通往那瑪夏,主辦明年也許可以靠慮增設挑戰組。回到現實續走179,公路沿著後堀溪(南化水庫上游),因此要經過許多橋,過了關山17號橋就要離開台南南化進入嘉義大埔,還是按計畫前面以7.5分速,熬過CP2前的上坡之後就一路下到大埔大立餐飲CP3(47.7k),到這裡花了6h, 享用豐盛的午餐(大推沒有魚頭的砂鍋魚頭),吃飽後將水袋裝滿冰塊才繼續上路。
CP3-CP4(70k)是最煎熬的時刻,不太有遮蔭的台3線,過大埔橋上茶山的產業道路拿出遮陽帽戴上,這段路風景不錯,沿著曾文溪上游經過青雲瀑布(雖然水量有點少),也可遠望遠方的內葉翅吊橋。到58k阿里山鄉茶山部落前的陡上坡追上了建中,在59k部落補滿了水,這時雨昇也到了,照完相就一起出發。從59k到CP4(70k)是路線的大魔王(上升550m),雖然爬升不是很高,但正值日正當中又沒有什麼遮蔭,只能奮力牛步往上爬(11-12m/k),這時候跟著大家一起說笑就會忘掉痛苦,沿途還有私補車提供了咖啡跟啤酒,感恩。不知不覺中就看見高雄市那瑪夏區的歡迎看板67.5k,代表CP4(70k)就快到了。
在CP4補充食物,還喝了瓶蠻牛後繼續上路,離開CP4 後太陽躲到雲後,天氣變得涼爽許多,大家感覺不會被關門,心情開始樂觀許多,再爬升3K進入這次路線的最高點(73.4k, 海拔918m), 之後一路下坡到79k接台29線,沿著楠梓仙溪、旗山溪大概有20座橋,一行人有說有笑地前進,CP5前1k處還有那瑪夏協會提供的私補,在地的水果(李子,水蜜桃好好吃),志工還叫我們打包,盛情難卻下雨昇裝了一袋李子,我只好拿出餐盒拿裝了一些。
跟著雨昇一起到CP5 三景宮 83.5k, 大家都不太吃補給,只剩我跟雨昇在CP5,我還是盡量喝些熱湯再上路。之後兩人一路聊到約90k過了錫安山,這時我右腳底開始有點痛,本來還以為鞋子是不是有小石頭跑進去或是足底筋膜炎,後來越來越痛,速度掉了,此時天色已暗,一個人落單,心裡有數可能要自己獨自走完最後的20k,就在心情有點落寞的時候,有位跑者從後追上,問我現在是幾點,哈哈怎麼會有人不知道時間,然後就邊走邊聊,知道吳桑長我10歲,跑齡才7年已經百馬,也跑過數十場百k,真是令人敬佩,希望我也可以! 我倆就走完最後這兩公里一起進到終點線,開心地領到邦哥的大紅包,感謝主辦精心策畫的路線讓我體會台灣的美,也感謝熱心的志工及私補的跑友,一路相扶持打屁的跑友,雖然賽後腳痛走路一跛一跛的,還好只是水泡。感謝建中還載我回到家門口,之後還有好多場百K賽事,讓我們台南幫一起歡樂的繼續跑下去。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
