今天剛開始跑時還是覺得不是很順,連肚子都覺得不甚舒服,所以還是緩緩的開始吧。
經過了2k後,狀況是乎是好了些,但汗還是流的有點誇張,呼吸也比平時喘了些。
努力把注意力移開,漸漸的好像好轉了。10k後漸漸放慢緩跑,最後再跑1k緩和跑收操,小腿的酸痛比起前二天已經改善了很多,明天再休息一天,希望這問題不要再困擾著我~~
最後買了杯紅豆花生湯犒賞自己 XDD
