第30馬,今天沒漏氣有帳篷,結合好時光及南山人壽,共50多人,聲勢浩大!也恭喜KIMI及忠祥半馬上凸台!
天氣已不若前2個月悶熱,好跑許多,
離上一場8/2大鶻灣已超過1個多月,
期間腰部及腳板些許不適,僅做輕量練習,
