2014年的第一場全馬、第三場赤足馬
前半程與Peter同跑,起跑感覺還算不錯,不過這只是假象啦
天熱體力流失還真快,過第二個折返點後,已嗅到疲態的感覺
天啊!還有30K耶,只好先啟動練習模式:輕快跑(輕鬆快樂跑)
配速就先暫擱一旁,邊跑邊調整,待天色暗後,看是否能夠回神
不過最後奇蹟沒有發生,預訂的330低標也沒達成,跑的有點掉漆
只好安慰一下自己,開學馬就不要太苛求了
