全馬沒辦法破PB,只能用半馬進步10分鐘自嗨一下,
不過超熱的,跑完已經26度了,宿命的18K又湧上快抽筋的感覺,才想起又跟台北馬一樣忘記補鹽巴,後3K只能調整一下速度,只求不再重演瘋狂抽筋的夢靨
