| 2020臺北超馬心得
臺北超馬是我的目標賽事,有通往超馬聖殿的鑰匙🔑。
兩次挑戰24小時賽成績都是162k(臺北超馬162.435/ 245圈、高雄超馬162.75/93圈),第三次挑戰以180 k/272圈為目標,並從8月份起拉高月跑量準備。賽前兩個月受傷了,臀部深處髖關節痠痛,陳運瑩中醫診斷為ITB(髂脛束),經積極治療,雖未痊癒,痠痛症狀有減緩,決定如期參賽。
賽前配速安排,將24小時分給四段6小時,目標分別為60、40、40、40k。2/8下午陰天,跑步的好天氣,場上已有48小時賽事選手在奮戰,勇士們已經跑一天了,衷心的佩服他們。24小時賽在14:00準時起跑,第一段(1~6H)順順跑,雖然一直被超車,仍然依自己的配速進行,剛好完成60k。
入夜後溫度下降轉冷,在第7小時就開始發生嘔吐狀況,吐到晃神跌倒(壓縮褲破了,心好疼😓),降速改成步兵模式也無法改善,那就乾脆進站休息睡覺。第二段(7~12H)很艱苦,只跑30K。
凌晨3點溫度降得更低,嘔吐狀況未改善,吃什麼補給都會吐,吃含有咖啡因的補給更嚴重,好像連膽汁都出來了,只能靠喝熱水及吞張國周強胃散暫時性壓抑,進站休息睡覺次數累積到4次。第三段(13~18H)很難受,只跑35K。
選手休息區的隔壁鄰居是#2073李仁傑(初24H就跑222K的菁英選手,總三,前二名是日本選手),他的親愛的為他準備很多補給(令人羨慕),她主動關心並分我紅蘿蔔燉牛肉湯,那鹹鹹的熱湯,溫暖了我的胃,讓我有些精神進行最後一段(19~24H)。
這場賽事有提供進步獎,要破PB(163K)還要跑38K,盤算一下,必須控在9分速左右,就採用跑跑走走方式維持每一K速度。輕旅漫遊小方同學特别加熱玉米濃湯為我補給,讓我有體力繼續跑。
在下午13:20完成163K/246圈(破PB),還有40分鐘結束24H賽,沒志氣的我想就此提早下課休息,但看見48H的偶像選手俊宏、秋元、雅芬,都還在繼續奮戰,我就跟著跑起來。跑到166K/251圈,離結束剩15分鐘,鬥志再燃起,以5分半速又拼3圈,最終以168.402K/254圈完賽(M55/分2)。

[後記]
每兩個小時吞一顆鹽錠,為什麼還是吐的亂七八糟。
要做什麼吃什麼,才會不吐得那麼嚴重。
原擔心的腿傷,因跑不快跑不夠多,反而沒事。
壓縮褲可以補嗎?
賽後既然還可以走1.5K去搭捷運回家。
目標留著明年再來完成。
