| 鳴槍起跑時,剛寄物完。然後很匆忙的跑去踏感應墊。花了約三分。幸好上週有跑硬硬的八卦茶圓,以賽代訓!今天跑起來肌力,呼吸都掌握不錯,可能開跑氣溫低,一度大腿不舒服有點像快抽筋,後來放慢調整。幸好沒復發!!不過32K折返後的10K長坡,小腿也一度很痠!!就跑走跑走!!其實都還是可以ㄍㄧㄥ!狀況比去年1月日月潭還好,最終破了自己日月潭的PB~~XD 賽前宣言: 又是腦弱~~ 賽後評分: 大致都不差!!1.只是全馬寄物為何只有兩區。造成大棑長龍。開跑時全馬寄物排隊人數還沒消化光!!2.還有終點最後幾個補給如果可以提供熱食或鹹食是最好,畢竟全馬跑到後面都很餓了!! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 119~145 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 145~163 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 163~169 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 169~179 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 179~184 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為184 點此去設定最大心率 |
