2020第一跑殘念文
早上跟結哥目標要跑50公里
從慈光寺出發前往太平雲梯
跑了10公里感覺左腳踝怪怪的,想說應該沒什麼問題,就繼續前進
到太平雲梯時,腳踝開始有感覺,可是距離還那麼遠,只能一步步的緩慢前進
跑到41K已經在疼痛,跟一個阿伯攔機車🛵去追結哥
跟結哥再跑一段路,請結哥先回去開車,此時路程還有11公里,天啊
好冷唷,只好慢慢的走,走了4公里手錶也沒電了,所以加一加也完成了約50公里

因為腳踝的疼痛,影響跑姿,所以臀肌也疼痛
下次感覺有狀況,一定要調整目標公里路,才不會像今天這樣的殘念
