| 最近這大半年工作太忙,忙到根本沒時間練習,不像以前下班後可以去18^3來回兩趟再回家吃飯,所以只要強度一拉高就會有狀況,10/10小台灣133km、11/02如來神掌102km及這場山城100km,都在35km過後爆掉,雖然都在7~8km之後又慢慢活過來且堅持完賽,但這段期間的痛苦與掙扎,痛苦至極。後續已經沒有再報名參加超馬的活動,希望在心臟及腎臟問題處理後,可以慢慢恢復常態的訓練,才不會在活動過程痛不欲生,老天垂憐!
