跑了半場自認還不錯的路跑,12k左右,整個沒力,跑不動了,平常練到16或18k都沒這樣呀,差在比賽前有吃八寶粥及能量飲,平常頂多吃個香蕉或喝水就上了,下場得注意飲食了
