第一次參加12小時繞圈賽從晚上跑到早上,賽前設定低標95K以上,目標58圈過百K,高標60圈105K,採取前六小時32圈後六小時28圈,若前六小時沒達標再修正。一開始聽從王董的建議以6分速左右去跑,平時獨跑35K含山路大致都能在6分速內跑完,完全平路的繞圈賽卻守不住,很擔心無法達標,只好減少在補給站的時間,撐的住就不進站或過站不停只拿一杯水漱口擦雙臂降溫,賽道上不管速度如何一律用跑的,尤其到早上某些路段太陽直射且體力幾近耗竭仍是堅持用跑的,也因此從原本起跑時排名近20名慢慢追到第四名,能達到百K並達到自己設定的高標真的很高興。
