前半馬跑起來還算順暢
後半馬後開始慢慢掉速
約30K開始後,已呈現爆掉的狀態
心率也從16X拉到17X
大腿這時也比較無力
只能依體感慢慢地往前
賽前Long run 只練習過2次21K
看來長時間的訓練還不足
肌耐力還是不夠撐完全馬
35K後就開始走走停停
變成歡樂馬
這時的身體已達極限
連Easy Run都覺得辛苦
看來需需再好好鍛鍊~
留點遺憾和空間,讓下場馬更有意思~
