| 週六晚上提前到會場與37年老同學會面,當晚就在他的露營車上睡覺,床舖很舒適,可是卻整晚沒睡😤!
與同學聊到半夜11:30,加上忘了裝蚊帳被蚊子攻擊一整晚,凌晨2點多躲回自己車上睡,3點多跑友陸續到達會場就無法在入眠!

今日設定破四計劃!可能昨晚睡眠不足因素跑起來有點吃力,有些喘,起跑大家多衝蠻快的,我跟同學穩穩的以5:40配速前進,12k就先吃第一顆鹽錠,15k時就吃下第一包持久型能量包,17k屎滾跑廁所,25k時同學電力不足要我先跑,25k吃第二顆鹽錠,怕遇撞墻期27k就吃下Bcaa羊羹能量包,34k時遇到小撞墻,可能醣類耗盡了,(因為賽道補給一般般就沒甚麼吃)所以趕快吃第三顆鹽錠,37k時看看錶時間上有點緊迫,所以放棄這補給站,吃下最後一顆鹽錠(第四顆)開始加快些腳步,41k加速,順利完成破四計畫!☺
