| 第三個坡走到厭世⋯🤣
全程3個坡形,起點先右轉往第一個坡,緩上13K陡下7K,22.5K開始往第二個坡,陡上約3K,陡下3K回到補給站,先回起點踏地墊,此時改為左轉逆時針跑,回到補給站約30.5K,開始9.5K往制高點移動,其中7K超陡坡走到厭世,也是全行程中最硬陡的一段,40.5K到達制高點,回到終點剩下不到13K。
最後8K開始大撞牆,雙腳可以跑,但是心𥚃不願意跑,最後奔跑回終點!只覺得累爆了!但是心情非常好!
註:當天的天氣非常炎熱,在第二坡頂的補給站(約26.5K)才第一次喝到冰水,其實稍晚了些,不過,有冰水降溫之後,才又感覺復活! 賽後評分: 如果早一點有冰塊或冰水會更好!
