嘉義宥羱🏃 蘆洲觀音山初馬,賽道硬,補給爛到不行,前12.5K跑河畔,大多平路,配速還可以,12.5KK後開始爬上坡,當時就已經被4小時列車超越,上坡後又馬上連續下坡,對雙腳確實很吃力,折返(27.5K)後雙腳抽筋,為了無傷完賽,回程沿途上下坡只能用走的,加上肚子餓,補給完全沒有任何熟食可吃,體力也跟著下滑,最後6K平路也只能邊走邊跑,配7~8分速,回到終點雙腳抽筋嚴重,走路無法正常,從參賽至今,還沒跑過這麼硬的山路馬,初馬真是永生難忘。這場因為抽筋而跑的不理想,下一場要跑回屬於自己的實力。 賽前宣言: 預定跑初馬 賽後評分: 補給地雷馬,完全沒有任何熟食可補給,只能喝可樂餓肚子跑,終點也沒有熱食,反而志工有便當吃,福利比跑者好,賽道我覺得不錯,有挑戰性,只是實力問題。 給 1 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
