新北市何宗霖 本來以為要跑超過6小時,結果上山用走的下山用跑的...就還好...約5個半小時跑完....只是跑完到現在有點累...腳竟然會痠...已經好久跑完全馬沒這樣了...7月份就剩台南星光馬了...跑完就放暑假了... 賽後評分: 夏天辦馬拉松不簡單...這場有很多特色...第一次碰到給塑膠杯...全程無水杯...剛開始蠻錯愕的...跑下來覺得其實以後也可以這樣跑...比較環保...另外一個特色就是獎牌有貼上跑者的姓名...是微不足道...但會需要比較多志工去找...另一個就是扣除金額將活動所餘之金額全捐出去...晶片一個500元..如果是100元...相信大多數都會捐了...500元畢竟數目比較大...建議下次要跑者捐...晶片建議收100元...再來就是寫一下感想...坡度很陡...上坡走路都非常累...比較容易受傷...不過風景不錯...遮陰的地方算蠻多的...所以跑起來還不算太熱...水站安排也不錯...還有冰水可沖身體...讓身體降溫...準備的食物及水也很好...可惜的是自己...還是跑得很累...要加油... 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 111~135 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 135~152 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 152~157 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 157~166 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 166~171 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為171 點此去設定最大心率 |
