從只跑過21km...然後跳到45km...跳...很大!
開跑就抱持要有吊車尾的心理準備...大約8分速龜速中...
第10KM左右就開始下大雨...鞋子都濕掉了...襪子濕掉跑難受
下完大雨開始出大太陽了...像在洗三溫暖...冏
跑到30K雙腳都起水泡了...最後5KM腳掌實在還受不了當步兵了...剩下3公里直接穿兩雙襪子硬跑完...跑到終點也掰咖了...
不過能跑完程...身體雖然累...但很爽..XD
