環台北河濱一圈。
志工成績不列入計算 嘿嘿~ 自己知道自己名次就好
其實本來沒有想跑完全程,只是想跑個 20 K 左右。
跑著跑著... 就把他跑完了。
其實今天狀況沒有很好。途中上了三次小號,三次大號。
還好台北河濱公共廁所夠多。
一開始天氣是稍微下雨的,出了南港河堤一直到木柵這邊,出大太陽。很擔心體力會因為氣溫而消耗過快。
還好到了景美河堤這邊,天氣開始轉陰。
大約 35K ~ 50K 這邊,其實很難熬,很多時候都會想乾脆騎U-bike 算了,還好最後我沒有這麼做。
到了台北橋這邊的河濱,看到大漢溪上面有人在划龍舟,超酷的!!
延平河濱這邊也很難熬,腳底板的大拇指指甲,因為一直頂到前面,感覺開始有不舒服的感覺,後面走走停停的。盡量不要再讓腳往前頂到鞋尖。過社子之後,回程的路上,一直不不斷地告訴自己,快結束了,快結束了。
想起上次 大佳--社子來回的半馬。也幾乎都是我自己一人在跑。
這次其實也差不多,除了一開始跟大隊人馬一起出發,但其實跑個 3K 之後就跟大家拉得很開。
很多時候都在與自己對話。清除自己內心的雜質
