| 剛下過雨後的羅馬公路雖然有點濕凉和緩上坡,但對赤足跑者而言像是天菜~跑在山林中又可欣賞石門水庫湖景真的很棒又舒服。
已操練了一個月,跑量500K。想驗收成果如何,設定想在12小時內跑完的目標,趁早上天氣涼爽就加速多跑一點,跑到第3站灌了2杯啤酒後,沒多久天亮就收頭燈及風衣調整裝備後再持速前進。到33K有現煑客家米苔目,吃了3碗熱食順道休息一下。
出了羅馬公路往關西方向,大都在在台3綫上,重機和汽車經常呼嘨奔馳,感覺與北宜公路相差不遠,不太舒服。特別是路邊小石子特多,很踮腳。
51K後轉接8K的爬坡山路,山澀就當做練腳力吧!沿途也是要小心上山掃墓的車輛。到石門水庫壩頂前叉路,沒有右轉跑錯1小段路,還好遇到兩位年輕志工騎機車告知才有驚無險的折返。
接近中午愈來愈熱,補給站又没有啤酒解渴,唯大力和舒跑喝到膩了。在石門水庫想找商家買啤酒,沿路就只有餐廳。當疲熱的跑著跑著,突然腳底的傷囗可能皮層較薄,又被一顆小石子正揷入肉。痛....痛.....痛....,處理完小石子,傷囗踩地就痛,只能拿出背包內備用的室內拖應急一下。剛好還差一個全馬42K的距離。
到61K補站旁的商店終於補到冰啤酒再加一罐蘆筍汁,繞完石門水庫到台7綫,心想這是早上從大溪來的路線,不久就可到終點,但里程好像不夠。到小圓環遇到志工引導要左轉往復興方向跑。
我咧~那段上坡去年北横跑過,還是進超商再補罐啤酒吧!果真"山色"真多,又繞一段山路有71K補給站要打卡。到81K補給站前又在超商買啤酒及問路,吃了熱粥後終於看到第二個有啤酒的補給站。
剩不到20K,心想有希望在12小時內完賽。那知在往東眼山的叉路囗,志工導引往上跑。此時前後的跑友4人結隊慢慢凸上去了,來回16K遇到跑友互道加油!12小時無望就與蔡尚明跑友結伴邊跑邊聊回終點。在剩1K的雜貨店又買啤酒慶賀即將完賽。
