沒有紅綠燈,交管指示清楚,雖然很有挑戰的上下坡,228的山路馬,讓我對這場賽事不感到硬,還想再回味。
清晨4:30起床預備,感謝主!下過雨的早晨,陰天是跑步的好天氣,6:00開跑,狀況良好,完跑後速速返家盥洗趕去上班,到下午體力思緒仍然很好,訓練讓自己成為更好。
