雖然只是當成練習,且起跑後已刻意控制低速巡航,但月跑量嚴重不足的問題果然在15k後就浮現出來了(今天的42k應該是....兇多吉少),
21k半馬終點全馬迴轉再ㄧ次(很想裝成21k選手衝線進站結束ㄡ...可是...號碼牌顔色不一樣...XD)心不甘情不願的迴轉了
24k後步頻速度每況愈下(至少撐到30k吧!反正本來就是要來練LSD的...)
31k再次折返(已經完成3/4了,腿還沒抽筋就慢慢凸吧,跑馬至今還沒坐過回收車...今天限時4小時...怕怕!)
最後5k(竟然撐到37k了,剩5k=操場外圈11圈,應該再慢也能跑到吧)
在11圈...10、9、8、7的閉眼冥想默念中竟然也念到1耶,好像該衝線了...可是...已無法...極度痛苦又快樂的通過終點拱門後,照慣例...迴轉...脫帽...深深的向讓我成長的跑道鞠躬...真心的感謝...還活著...真好
