雖然賽前雨一直下,但出發後到完賽間雨像奇蹟般停了,為準備下週萬金石以賽代訓,但這一週持續的雨天訓練中斷加上強度不足,今天跑起來心率持續過高,後段幾乎無法加速,下週萬金石目標無傷完賽就好。
