桃園林弘廷 因為隔天要幫忙喜事所以這場第二馬只能設定在無傷完賽!並希望在4小時30分完成.
當天睡眠充足補給也充足.身體狀況良好.唯獨半程後的烈日成為整場賽事的亮點!!
前面依照賽前計畫6分速慢慢跑~!吃吃喝喝快樂度過.西瓜.冰鮮草.餅乾.巧克力.炒蛋.快到折返點還有啤酒可以喝!讚讚讚~!過了折返點面向太陽跑..考驗真正開始!
25K後算一下時間4.30大概是無法完成了!心想那至少要無傷完賽!平時都是晚上跑.所以耐熱嚴重不足.當下擬訂抗日計畫..抱持幾個原則1.過休息點淋水全身散熱.水分補充足夠在上路.2.休息點後走到身體不熱才開始跑.這點主要是怕靠意志力跑時.跑姿難免"走針"容易造成傷害!所以不浪費每次休息.每次都要休息到涼意~3.固定距離按摩腿部肌肉.拉拉筋.約5K一次!當然結合在休息時間裡面完成!!
完賽後檢視身體!除了乳酸堆積痠痛.筋骨均無受傷!YA!!完傷完賽達成^^"430就留給下一次吧~
