今天狀況不好,也許是因為已經超過1年沒跑過全馬了…半馬也只跑2場而已…所以無法駕馭54km超馬…
今天第27km 處的回程…雖然只跑54km組 …回程跑得與我去年跑100km時的痛苦指數差點不多…連最後20km的下坡也只有7分速…因為左腳指及腳板每踏一步都非常楚痛…所以下坡時真的是災難…直到在倒數11km 時遭隊友”告軌”後…才又奮發圖強…跟著隊友一起回到終點…
唉…其實今天本來想突破前年6:01的成績…希望能6h內達標…但宇老那段7km 爬坡全程用走的(花了將近1個半小時)…因為跑不起來…所以,破6無望…本來想慢慢回終點完賽就好,要不是隊友的激勵…也許應該會超過7h才回來…
賽後評分: 各項都很不錯…但盥洗區設置在雜草、樹葉、泥地…實在不妥…
