新北市juichien 總長70K,總爬將近2300M,相當於三個半風櫃嘴,這就是久美原鄉超馬猙獰的真面目。
我跑超馬擔心的不是名次跟成績,而是會不會被撿上車。十一個小時的關門時間,是一般標馬的兩倍,所有的身心狀況,在這十一個小時的磨練中,會不斷地被細細檢驗。該練而沒練、該休而不休的代價,都要在今天付出。
前30K用掉了大概一場全馬的氣力,剩下40K只能分段克服。心中盤算以每小時7K的速度,加上補給的時間,應該可以在10小時左右完賽。這次膝蓋有捧場,一路撐到最後,不管有力無力,努力維持住跑姿,不要駝背、不要歪斜、不要低頭、不要重腳,總算以 10:04 完賽。排名大約在 40% 左右,希望下次能進步到30%。
