跑前5k就整身是汗,跑不到10k連褲子帽子都在滴水,所以這場後段一定會完蛋的,果然後段過半馬後整個心率就飆到180以上,後面越跑越想用走,還好降速慢慢跑還撐的住,跑回終點後發現全身都是鹽巴,大量流汗電解質流失太多.....
