| 自從上次台北半馬1:29:39,我就訂了這次台北全馬要破3,今天是適合破PB的天氣,我的目標配速是 4:10 +/_ 5S,
第1k有點塞,前半馬還行,後半馬速度直直落,速度提不上來,腿是沉重及殭硬,還不到抽筋階段,若要硬闖就可能抽抽樂了,索性就放生自己,後面有3個水站,每每停下腳步品嚐水和喝運動飲料,破3不是我想得如此容易的事,我真是憨人,還缺少更多"敢" "心"。
