真的輕鬆很多,太穩了啦😱
智偉哥昨天跑16K +爬7100還可以這麼猛😲
我32K掉速後一直撐到38K處
就開始““ 大抽筋 ””
先來個右大腿後側大抽筋
只能停下腳步伸展及按摩
煎熬阿~~~很怕就沒辦法跑起來
還好有舒緩一點
我一度失蹤
智偉哥還回頭找我😂
破PB就在眼前,可惜了😭
38K後,整個就是肌耐力不足
雙腳無情的抗議
先是右大腿後側
接下來大腿小腿輪流抗議
真的!只能跑跑走走了😭
還好還是有順利完賽
最後的5K 真的好遙遠😭
