有了傳愛馬的陰影,今天從第1K開始就不爆蔥,穩穩配在530上下的速度。所以雖然後半馬果真一如預期般的烤肉了,但跑完全程沒有痛苦感,途中也沒有再像上一場那樣步兵。唯一可惜的是因為補給實在太豐富,跟波叔、殘欸吃到太忘我,原預計保留氣力到最後5K再拼一下破四的,卻為時已晚,戰略失敗!不過經過今天42K的以賽代訓之後,下禮拜的山城100有了那麼一瞇瞇的信心!
