艱辛的一役~2018高雄世運24hr超馬
半年前決定繼續挑戰世運24hr賽,開始規劃練習課表(拉跑量、長距離、間歇...),當作2018下半年開學馬(柏林馬去玩耍的)
比賽前2週,最擔心的事情發生了,左小腿腓腸肌拉傷,可能跑量強度拉太高,只好休息幾天, 比賽時貼貼布上陣(絕對不是障眼法)
賽前幾天是涼爽的陰涼天,正要感謝天公作美,沒想到週六上午豔陽高照,看來維持世運賽的傳統,每次都是大熱天
感謝正忠賽前製作精美的超大張布條,會場休息區最吸睛
這場設定190k的超高標(去年跑155.75k總10分1),預計前12hr 100k,後12hr 90k;前段照著設定的配速、補給策略順利進行(99.75k),狀況很好,特別感謝LDS、高雄R2R跑友及親朋好友們前往探班、協助補給,只要開口預告補給內容,下一圈已經準備好,真的是得來速啊!節省很多時間,大大感謝
下段時間開始,立馬風雲變色,大腿股四頭肌痠痛,連7分速都進不去,肌樂伺候效果亦有限;接著左腳阿基里斯腱開始疼痛,吞下第1顆消炎止痛藥;眼看190k已無望,下修目標為180k,然後,換右腳板疼痛,吞下第2顆消炎止痛藥
沒有最慘,只有更慘;最後4hr,豔陽高照,發現消化系統出現狀況,開始乾嘔,這時若補給食物鐵定吐出來,只好暫停補給,只喝白開水;相對的,連續跑了20hr,體能已極度耗損,沒有補給食物,也跑不起來,改採快走模式撑完最後4hr,並再下修目標為170k;最後1hr吐了2次,等頒獎也吐,回到家又吐,真是悽慘
最後2圈時間還算充裕,家人一起陪走完成;最後50m跑步回終點,也算是有始有終,完成艱辛的24hr...
最終完成171.5k,總7分1,成績還算滿意,先好好休息幾天吧~
