帶錫評哥的朋友跑初馬,跑到20k右小腿肚竟然大抽筋(整個突然縮起來邊硬)😱,我在路邊拍打小腿肚拍了很久才軟化下來😥,實在是嚇死我了,第一次抽的這麼嚴重,再來就慢慢跑撐到30k左右,過到可晨哥說慢慢跑還可以破4,但換兩腿都有抽筋的情形😂,我還請可晨哥把我海放,再來就走走跑跑了,跑到快39k時遇馬場的神人大哥,他腳出問題沒辦法跑,我就跟他用走看到吃的就認真吃,結果錫評哥追上來了,再來澤澤也追上來了,我還是慢慢跟大哥混,反正也已超過4小時了,就每一站有吃的就給他吃到飽混到終點🤣🤣
我腳應該是深層疲勞,天氣太熱整個身體疲勞完全反應出來
