| 下半季第一場全馬,也是阿拖第一場馬,順便挑戰最硬城市馬。
一開始就憑感覺跑順順跑,心想最硬在後方,跑到清新溫泉超陡坡後,沒多久330從旁超越,之後就看不到330的車尾燈了,21km時與跑了30km男總一錯身而過,抵達華南路底端折返,慢慢跑撐著不走,抵達最高點後,腿有一點點抽筋跡象,就順順往下跑,最後5km還是抽筋了,邊跑邊拉筋,降速跑回去。
