半馬完賽,最後的5k還是爆了,頸部肌肉在核心潰散後變的僵硬,跑姿走鐘,均速狂洩,把前15k累積的點數全用光了,挑戰破二失敗了... 期待台北半馬,要跑好半馬還有好長一段路,慢慢練囉,給自己加油!
