大熱天4點起跑
一開始跟著第一集團415配速
天氣太熱10K就GG了!
10K後開始降速,跟著君釗一起前進
這陣子肌肉太疲累!20K就出現抽筋感
趕緊降速&補鹽調整速度
一路上有釗哥陪伴,還是能撐著!
其實30K腳痛的因素快撐不下去
只好又降速增加步頻
最後跑到不要不要的!
夏天跑馬身體狀況特別多
